Steps:

1-Open the Mail app on your Mac by clicking the Mail icon. You can also open Spotlight and search for it.

2-In the Mail app, click, Mail and then Preferences (or you can press the Command and , buttons together)

4- And now deselect “Prefer opening messages in split view when in full screen.” box

  • Or to manually add an account, you need to provide the login information as well as the server information.

2.) Start Task Manager to close Outlook if it’s opened

    For Windows 7:

  • Right click on status bar >> click on Start Task Manager
  • Click on Processes and select the program to close >> click on End Processes

  • Right click the status bar at the bottom of your Windows screen >> click on Task Manager
  • Select the application that you want to close properly >> click on End Task.

3.) Check if a short-cut key is assigned
