Curio is the premier note taking, mind mapping, brainstorming, and task management application designed to promote visual thinking. Curio Core is a digital notebook for Mac that allow information gathering, brainstorming and creative exploration. Basically It’s an app that can be used for taking notes but that is not the only purpose for which it is used. It is neither an outline or doesn’t it perform the task of data organization. The full version, Curio Professional, runs US$169.99, and the Standard version is US$119.99, both well worth it, in this blogger’s opinion. Today, however, Curio announced a new Core Edition in the Mac App Store, with a tasty price of US$39.99.
From within Curio, customers have direct access to their Evernote cloud, so brainstorming and idea collection is quick and easy whether the user is at their desk or away from the office. Text notes, voice recordings, and snapshot photos taken using one of Evernote's desktop or mobile solutions are now instantly available from within Curio where they can be intuitively collected, arranged and managed as part of a creative project.
